Our normal office hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. In the event of an outage or other service emergency, you may contact us anytime 24 hours a day at (618) 842-2196. or call Toll-Free at (888) 871-7695. Our main headquarters office is located at 1501 West Main Street, Fairfield, Illinois 62837. We also have an office location in Enfield that is open on Tuesday and Thursday only. Your electric bill will be mailed on the second business day of the month and is due on the 15th of each month. We read your meter automatically on the 1st day of each month and run bills on the first business day of the month. They are placed in the mail on the second business day of the month.

Enfield Office
Wayne-White has a lineman staging facility and a southern district office in Enfield. The office is open to the public 2 days each month near the 15th and also near the disconnection date. An updated schedule of office hours are posted each month on the door and is also routinely posted on our Facebook page. Below are the dates the Enfield office is open. Area members who want to pay bills or conduct co-op business can do on those days without having to make the trip to the main office in Fairfield. The Southern Division Office is located on Route 14, about a mile west of the intersection of Highway 14 and Highway 45 near Enfield. If you’re in the area, stop by and see us! It is always possible to pay your bill over the phone at (618) 842-2196 or pay online through our website or by using the free “Smart Hub” App on your Smart Phone or Tablet.
