Have you ever wanted to pay cash for your Wayne-White Electric bill, but cannot get here during our office hours? We now have another convenient payment option available for our members: VanillaDirect Pay.
VanillaDirect Pay allows you to pay cash at participating stores for your Wayne-White Electric bill. Participating stores in our territory include any Dollar General, Family Dollar, Pilot/Flying J, CVS, and Speedway.
All you have to do is download the SmartHub app if you do not already have it. Once you have logged into your Wayne-White Electric account, go to "Bill & Pay," then click "Pay by Cash." This will bring up your personalized barcode attached to your Wayne-White Electric account.
When at a participating location, just have them scan your barcode and you can make a payment that will instantly show up on your electric account. There is a $1.50 convenience charge that applies per transaction, set by the network provider and not Wayne-White Electric.
