You may have noticed, or some of you may use our Pay-by-Phone number listed on the back of the newsletter each month. The number that has been and is currently listed there is going to change towards the end of September. If you use this service, please note the new number listed below that will take its place.

If you do happen to call the old number after it has been deactivated, it should still direct you to the new line where you will be able to make your payment.
As always, there are still multiple ways to make a payment:
- In person at our office.
- At one of the following banks: Peoples National Bank in McLeansboro or Dahlgren; Bean Capital Banking Center in Wayne City; Mt. Erie Banking Center; First Bank in Carmi or Grayville; or Trust Bank in Cisne.
- Use our drive-thru drop box at Fairfield's office or the drop box at Enfield's office.
- Mail-in payments.
- Automatic withdrawal.
- Through our SmartHub app where you can also view your bill and usage, as well as turn on paperless billing and automatic payments.
