If you have visited our office in Fairfield, you know that the front door can sometimes be hard to open and can be rather heavy. For the convenience of all of our members and visitors, we will be installing a new automatic, sliding door towards the end of March 2025.
With the new door, we will have to make a larger opening and will have some brick work to be done. That is currently on the schedule to take place starting Wednesday, March 26. Barring any major complications, the plan is to have the new door installed and ready to use by the end of the day Friday, March 28 or first thing Monday morning, March 31.
During this time as work is done on the door, the front entrance will be unavailable. We encourage members to avoid visiting the office during those days if possible. Our member service representatives will still be working answering calls during these days.
If you have business that has to be done at this time, we will have an entrance available on the east side of the building. Please call our office, and we will make arrangements to assist you either at your car or through the side entrance if necessary.
We also encourage anyone dropping off payments or documents to use our drive-through drop box in our front lot. Once the new front door is completed, the drop box on the front of the building will not be available anymore. Our primary drop box will be the drive through drop box at that point.
