Get Your Documents on Time, Every Time

At Wayne-White Electric, we regularly receive calls from members stating they have not received their bill and it is nearly the due date. Each month, we generate bills on the first business day of the month, and the bills then go into the mail the next day. At that point, we unfortunately cannot control how quickly they arrive at your home or business. The same situation happens when members mail in their payments.

With this happening more and more frequently, how can we combat this issue?

We would like to encourage our members to explore the following billing and payment options to guarantee you receive your bill, newsletter, correspondence in a timely manner and that your payment is received on time to avoid late fees.

  • Paperless Billing - Sign up for paperless billing through SmartHub at waynewhitecoop.com. We generate bills on the first business day of each month and you can get a notification by email or text message as soon as it is ready. Bills are always due on the 15th each month.
  • Electronic Funds Transfer - Wayne-White Electric can automatically draft your payment on the 15th each month from your bank account. Fill out our Auto Pay form on our website or stop by the office.
