Wayne-White Electric employees divided and conquered several community service projects around our service territory on October 21 as part of National Cooperative Month. Since Cooperative Principle #7 is Concern for Community, we felt a great way to demonstrate that was to get out and serve in the communities we live in. Projects employees helped with included: Mowing at Leo French Park; Painting at Jasper Grade School; Power washing at Center Street School; Spreading rock under the new zip line at New Hope School; Painting, cleanup and landscaping at the Albion Park; Painting at the Robinson-Stewart House and Ratcliff Inn at Carmi; and Park cleanup and replacing lights at the ball fields in Wayne City.
