The 2026 Wayne-White Annual meeting is almost here.
This year’s annual meeting will be held on Friday, June 12 at Wayne City High School. Doors open and registration and dinner will begin at 5:00 pm, entertainment at 6:00 pm, and
the business meeting will start at 7:00 pm. Any member that registers and att ends the meeting will receive a $25 bill credit as in years past.
During the business meeting we will elect three directors to serve three-year terms through 2029. As you will see, we have two contested elections this year, so come and make your vote count.
We will also recognize our scholarship winners and honor employees for their years of service.
The officers’ reports will highlight what’s new at the cooperative and what we are doing to control members’ rates and keep the cooperative in a strong financial position.
Just like last year, we will continue to do the “Co-op Questions Corner” in the vendor area. If you have any questions for me or the board of directors, we will be there to answer them.
I hope you will come out to enjoy a BBQ dinner, hear some great entertainment, and learn more about what makes Wayne-White Electric a strong cooperative.
