Auto Pay Form

Enroll in automatic bill payment to have your WWCEC electric bill drafted directly from your checking or savings account each month.

How it works:

You will continue to receive a monthly bill showing usage, amount, and draft date.
Payments are drafted on the 15th of each month (or next business day if the 15th falls on a holiday or weekend).
Look for “AUTO PAY – DO NOT PAY” on your bill to confirm enrollment.

Enrollment Timing:

Draft will always begin the following month in order for us to prenote your account to begin.
Ex. Form received on January 2nd will bank draft on February 15th.
Form received on January 29th will also bank draft on February 15th.

For an account to be automatically drafted, you will have to list out each account number. If the account number is not on the auto payment form, it will not be automatically drafted. If you have a new account put in your name, you will have to fill out a new form for that account number as they are not automatically added without authorization. If an account is disconnected out of your name, the bank draft information will be deleted. If you decide you want removed from bank draft at any other time, you will have to request a removal form. It requires a signature to go on bank draft, and it will also require a signature to be removed.
