

Wayne-White Counties Electric Cooperative is accepting applications for the position of:
MANAGER OF MEMBER SERVICES, PURCHASING, EQUIPMENT, AND FACILITIES
This is a full-time staff position. The ideal candidate would be a person with related experience and education who can multi-task, follow through on projects, meet deadlines and objectives, as well as oversee a department of personnel assigned to them.
JOB PURPOSE: Achieves Cooperative Member Satisfaction and Marketing Objectives, Oversees Purchases, Replacement and Maintenance of Equipment, and Ensures the Facilities are Maintained to Provide a Safe, Well-kept Work Environment.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Maintains and Improves Customer Satisfaction
· Resolves Customer Dissatisfactions
· Establishes Marketing Plan
· Achieves Financial Objectives by preparing and managing an annual budget
· Prepares reports and attends monthly board meetings
· Maintains Member Services Staff
· Assists in the Cooperative’s Operations
· Ensures Compliance by working with Federal, State and Local agencies
· Oversees the Annual Meeting by planning and organizing
· Maintains Insurance by reviewing/renewing insurance policies, coverage limits, etc.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Sales or related field or equivalent experience.
Ability to supervise personnel.
Ability to communicate clearly.
Knowledge of computers and associated software.
Ability to work with and maintain a relationship with members, employees, and equipment suppliers
